About Me

I approach therapy from psychodynamic, relational, and somatic frameworks with an anti-oppression lens. I have a focus on complex/developmental trauma and am interested in understanding how early environments and experiences contribute to the formation of the self.

I believe that all ways of being in a body are worthy of celebration and care. I have a clinical emphasis in adapting somatic psychotherapy for those who are curious about working therapeutically with the body but may find some approaches overwhelming or inaccessible.

I love working with queer and trans people, disabled, chronically ill and neurodivergent people, and all those working to heal legacies of suffering. I am particularly interested in themes relating to self-worth, attachment, grief, and belonging.

I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Somatic Psychotherapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a concentration in advanced trauma studies.
